CHARLES SAAD – President

Over the last 28 years, I’ve been involved in building and growing international businesses. I am an engineer and a chief executive, holding degrees in Engineering from F.I.T. in Melbourne, Florida, and studied Finance at Columbia Business School. I am originally from Lebanon, but my journey has taken me all around the world, from boarding schools in Europe to my studies in the US and beyond. I’ve lived in Lebanon, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, England, Switzerland, Canada, and the U.S. Living and working with people from so many cultures has taught me to see and understand what might otherwise become cultural barriers. I’ve learned to understand people and the businesses they run in order to provide value and to assist others in reaching their business goals.

As part of my career, I developed, lead, and grew a medium-sized contracting and engineering firm resulting in over 10x growth. When I assumed leadership, the organization was stagnant. By working through challenges with the team, my leadership resulted in the changes necessary for high growth. This experience taught me what any business leader must go through to achieve results. One challenge nearly every leader faces is that of seeking sufficient financing from the right sources to benefit the organization. Through determination and creativity, I learned to think outside the box and to find successful pathways to necessary funds, particularly challenging in a high-growth scenario. At times it seemed nearly impossible. I bring these experiences to my work with clients to assist you and your business to result in a successful search.

In my 28 years as a leader, I have worked with many multinational companies, as well as represented large American manufacturers. Because of this work, I maintain a strong network of top executives around the globe.

JAD SAAD – VP Business Development

In 2020 I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. I am an excellent communicator with a diverse cultural background. Being Lebanese-American and spending my childhood in the Middle East has made it very easy to connect and resonate with many different kinds of people. In 2022 I entered the finance industry with my sights set on helping businesses acquire access to capital for construction, business development, new projects, and overall operating expenses.

I also have a passion project that blends my creative background with business. I work through music to provide value for people and cultures. I have been a songwriter and musician for the past 10 years, signing my first publishing contract in 2019 at 21 years of age. My contract came out of work with Spirit Music Group: Arcade Songs in New York City through a connection with Grammy Award Nominated songwriter and producer Gregg Wattenberg. Through music I’ve built a deep-rooted network of countless creators, entertainers, and professionals that I maintain and continue to grow. As a natural self-starter, I am self-learned in all of my creative pursuits including songwriting, singing, sound engineering, and music production. My music has been streamed millions of times, and that empowers me to continue creating through music and business.
